This class will aim to improve strength, muscle tone, improve cardiovascular fitness, and it will also help to ‘down regulate’ your nervous system helping to reduce overall physical and mental stress levels.

Our strength program is percentage based and periodised (based on individual capability), the fitness element is scalable and able to be modified to cater to individual abilities/restrictions.

Movements will be a combination of your usual barbell/dumbbell movements combined with some accessory exercises.

These classes will primarily use body weight, plyometrics, dumbbell, kettlebells and cardio equipment to get your heart pumping. No barbells in these workouts.

Gymnastics Club is designed to improve the foundational basics of human movement. This class caters to all ability levels.
The club is designed to accommodate everyday people that have a desire to improve their skill-set in the art of Olympic Weightlifting.
We focus on key movements (Snatch + Clean & Jerk) as well as all derivative movements. Our priority is on technique, maximising efficiencies and minimising energy waste.
Yin Yoga is designed to complement our weekly strength and conditioning program to enhance mobility, stability and maximise performance.
